Celebrating this prestigious Bristol Life Award win, Mark Curtis, boomsatsuma CEO collected the award from England rugby International and sports media personality, David Flatman.
Mark stated:
"We are always proud of our students’ achievements, our brilliant staff, and our partnerships with Bristol’s Creative Industries. They have all contributed to boomsatsuma’s success.
"Although we’re established as a leading independent provider in creative education, our journey has only just begun. It was great to be recognised alongside other finalists who share our drive to develop opportunities for Bristol’s creative and vibrant communities."
There were 22 categories covering many industry sectors. The panel of independent local judges commented:
"Boomsatsuma’s programmes are gaining national recognition for innovation, whilst expanding its courses and student intake. Their two new learning centres have performed exceptionally!"
Mark continued:
"In 2020 boomsatsuma won the Bristol Diversity in Education Award, then in 2021 our first Bristol Life Award for Education. It is an honour to be collecting the award once again."
The Awards are organised by MediaClash, publishers of Bristol Life and Bath Life.
